“The Ugly Duckling” is a wonderful story that tells us about the deception of appearances, the importance of true friendship, and the resilience in overcoming all the obstacles we face.
Performed by the cast of professional dancers and 80 students of the Advanced Division, and choreographed to the music of Jacques Offenbach and K. Sen-Sans, this ballet tells the timeless tale of the transformation of an ugly duckling into a beautiful swan, all while teaching children the invaluable lesson of inner beauty.
